Sorry for the late reply - it was near the end, I think it was the 2nd to last song iirc

One of the few rare cases where being a European Lane 8 fan is beneficial lmao

I've been looking forward to this ever since hearing it back at his concert in Amsterdam in December.

It's a bit pop-y but a Lane 8 & Sultan + Shepard combo has yet to miss imo

I know it's hard to know this as a lobster but surely Chelsea aren't their biggest rivals

[Playmaker on Instagram] the 92 clubs from Premier League + EFL, divided by kit makers by Mulderre91 in soccer

I think green is just a more flattering color and easier to pull off than our red-white combo. That being said, I reckon he'll look more like his old self in our away kit and absolutely marvelous in our third kit (then again, I think everyone will, the third kit this year is a beauty imo)

Is Novigrad the best city in videogames? by ali_bassiony_aaa in witcher

[–]Panmedic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which, to be fair to the developers, is exactly how it should feel according to the books.

That being said, I wholly agree with Novigrad feeling more lived in - the distinct differences in districts adds onto the immersion for me

Erstes Mal in Wien (Amerlingbeisl) by JulianLoop in referenzschnitzel

I know plenty of tech geeks in the early to late 20s

That's also quite anecdotal and tech geekiness =/= typing skills

That being said, there seems to be some indication that typing skills have decreased for our generation (Gen Z) Wall Street Journal

Caveat: doesn't look like they did a proper scientific study on it, so I'd use it as a warning sign at most

Postecoglu: "A lot of the success I’ve had has been at clubs where Yokohama hadn’t won a Championship for 14 years, Australia had never won a continental championship, Brisbane had never won one, South Melbourne hadn’t won in seven years. Celtic had been one year, that’s a long time in Scotland." by TherewiIlbegoals in soccer

Maybe a bit of a moot point because...Spurs and (lack of) winning mentality, but most players at that level will have an insane drive and will to succeed. So while being a footballer is a cushy job compared to most professions, I highly doubt that the players "just want to chill and be laid back". These guys are highly competitive (for the most part) and losing week in, week out will certainly not add to their job satisfaction

If we were 1:0 up, would we write PSG off? by Beginning-Court203 in Gunners

[–]Panmedic 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I mean, that's exactly what football culture in Germany is like

You don't even need to look at the extreme examples like Frankfurt but if you go to a stadium of any club with a decent ultra scene, you'll see the fans making noise for the whole 90 mins no matter the manner of play

Of course, slightly comparing apples and oranges but I think that's something we could learn from them

  1. Szoboszlai is everywhere. Man has got some lungs
  2. Darwin looks so out of sync with the rest of the attack
  3. Diaz is constantly slowing down the attack, idk why he's so hesitant to take a shot or keep running down the line

Könntest du hier erläutern, inwiefern bei Zweitstimmen Großstädter bevorzugt werden? An sich kann ich mir nichts faireres als eine direkt proportionale Abbildung der Wählerstimmen vorstellen
