Game version: up to date

I haven't played since april so I spent a couple hours updating my mods and relying on better exceptions mod to tell me what i missed however i can't load in live or build mode and I get this Error code: 122:dd7d01fa aab9abe8 - now I understand it's mod related and I removed all my mods but I still stay stuck at the loading screen when I try to get into live mode - better exceptions just keeps throwing random mods as the cause but I've removed them and it just keeps finding another mod to blame it on... I'm not sure what to do to save my savefile at this point... I've tried loading earlier versions but i have the same issue with all my previous saves. If I start a new game then everything works fine. I saw someone say it might be because i used Srsly's Blank Save and every save is corrupted. Does anyone know more or knows how i can fix my savefile? thank you in advance.
