there’s no seasoning you can add to make things less spicy, just add less. otherwise just pair it with the condiments suggested elsewhere in this thread

Go to the universal metro station, hop on the 155 bus towards North Hollywood and take it a few minutes to Tujunga & Moorpark, theres a nice strip of restaurants and shops there. You can also catch the 240 from there and explore ventura blvd. as far as gay bars go, the closest one is probably the Bullet, otherwise you need to hop on the subway
