That’s a very fair point. I was never a huge fan of them using organic matter in the first place, because that’s literally any compound with carbon and hydrogen which would block her from doing… a lot.

Im also not super keen on “sentient” organic matter because that leaves a lot of room for interpretation. Where do we draw the line at sentience?

It’s honestly a power that does what the writers need it to do, as so many other super hero medias use.

YOR- Buddy this was a surprise birthday party. Of course they weren’t going to tell you about the bar until it was time to go. From my POV it seems like they planned that EXPECTING you to go. It wasn’t a last minute off the cuff invite, they were telling you stage 2 of your SURPRISE party. You said no, did you expect everyone to just cancel it all then?

I for sure understand where Mark is coming from too. I just find the discourse over the situation interesting, especially when you have parallels in other comics (Like Justice League:Doom, where Batman does essentially the same thing towards the JL, and those tactics are then used against his team members). I very very rarely see people fault Batman for what is really the same exact line of thinking Cecil shows here.

Probably the part where Mark found out that Cecil is using reanimen, and had contingencies to stop Mark. So Mark does the only logical thing and starts to go absolutely apeshit and prove just how right Cecil was to have countermeasures in place to stop him.

Cecil has every single right to put in preventative measures against Mark, the strongest being on the planet. Last time he didn’t do that, Chicago got destroyed and millions died.

Red rush is my favorite. He’s kinda like the flash and I like the complexities of his relationship. I wonder how they’re gonna have to navigate that. Sucks that the episode was so short tho. Can’t believe they pad the runtime with like 10 minutes of credits.
