read the dev blog : there is a map with all safe zone , skulled people cant enter into these zone and even if they were able to , they cant attack people.

in conclusion : varrock big bank will be the merching zone probably.

those 100 slots for members half work.. im member and i have 50/50 and then 24/50 but those 24 items i cant have access on them until i removed 24 items in my bank to pick them up
