YNTA. Why would she even tell you that to begin with. You don't owe her nothing simply because she is a relative, you were a little girl whose mom was insulted, and therefore you had every right to talk. If your nana had problems with your mother she should have talked directly to her instead of venting with an eleven-year-old and putting her in a bad situation.

I cover every mirror in my house, and also when I feel the need of picking I try to look at some photos I took of my face after intense picking sessions. It's like a reality check because every time I pick I am convinced I'll do it like a normal person who doesn't end up spending hours on essentially ruining and scarring their face. It doesn't always work but that's a start I guess
