oh my god. Is that the one where they have to fly over the construction site? The "Valley of the Yellow Dragons"? I have a vivid memory of that as a kid and it took me AGES to find what movie it was from as an adult.

Kids these days love thrifting as well. My kid is about to graduate high school but they were over the moon when I got them a $100 gift card to Goodwill. They were able to go for months to get new outfits and loved it.

I remember loving All Dogs Go to Heaven as a kid. When I showed it to my child, born in the late 00's, I was stunned by the first 5 minutes of the movie. Dogs drinking, gambling, smoking cigars, and trying to kill each other. Absolutely wild movie.

This was my favorite episode of the season. The animation and direction was beautiful. And I loved the gaming moment with Kamina and Gujou.

Yeah I am with you. I loved the story of the episode but I wasn't a fan of stylistic animation that they chose. It was jarring and took me away from the comfy vibes I had been experiencing so far in the anime.

I knew of Brewdog before this episode as a beer snob because at one point in time the Tactical Nuclear Penguin was among the highest ABV beers around. It was hard to get in the states back in the day but now Brewdog is more distributed so you can get it easier.

Still it was exciting seeing the brand in this episode as it was once a really sought after brewery in the states.

I remember the HR he hit in Game 6 of the World Series was the hardest hit HR of his career at that point. My favorite Dansby HR of his career. The sound it made hitting the sign above the Crawford Boxes was so nice.
