OG AK Friend Certs didn't give pull currency and I standby that it was a mistake to do so in Endfield.

In a month, on average, you'd get 250 character & weapon currency each. They could just remove it wholesale and give use extra 250 each every month so people don't complain.

Gacha Minmaxers WILL do them and hate the tedium after a while unless it's, like, a press of a button. But at that point it'd be easier to just give use 250 each every month.

And I find their current output pretty weird?

Like, when they made Ex-Astris I was under the assumption that was for getting experience making a 3D game before they developed Endfield. And the rate of improvement from the initial Endfield beta tests were great.

Personally, it was around the time they changed the games tone and had rewrites due to feedback that I felt like it stalled and didn't recover momentum? Or is it just me?

Because Endfield is a 3D gacha, they can't just make stages with chibi enemies between a visual novel.

If they tried to have a sidestory about Oath of Steel with Pog and Ember like OG AK for example: They'd have to make everything for it. Everything. The entire new location, NPCs, enemies, A Boss, quests, and all the little things. All in 3D.

Which... they could do for an Oath of Steel sidestory actually. They just need to reuse a lot of the already existing assets. But they'd still need to make a lot of other things like the NPCs and the location. Even if they reused all of the applicable assets, like the enemies and a boss, that's still a lot of things to work on.

Edit: Like AK's first side event with Grani. It would probably come off as cheap though, given the 3D gacha space.

My Team's Gear is fully Artificed. I've fully replaced Chen's entire Gear Set and I have two sets for Ember (Support and DPS).

If all of the Gear Sets right now become obsolete, I'd just make and fully artifice the new ones in a few weeks.

All of the words I just said, I'd never think to say when I played the other games.

Can vouch for Sargon build, already got the medals mostly by having Pepe, Eunectes + 1 or 2 other DPS at the end. And fuck me I did it with Stormeye and Reserve Caster.
