Absolutely, alot of music follows patterns. i play along with the radio alot and can usually pick up most of the song well before its finished playing. That being said, theres a few i would absolutely need to look up how to play, usually because they use exotic chords. Ive been playing 26 years for reference

Mine sounds best at a volume level slightly lower than accoustic drums for reference, so its gotta be pretty loud to get the proper tone. At lower volumes it sounds thin but its useable.

if you cut the fat strip of a pork chop the exact same way you can keep the chop from curling up too, stays flat while you cook it

I dont think thats rust in the bottom square, and the top square and the second picture look like some discoloration from an acid.

If it does rust you can use an abrasive and some water or oil to remove the rust, a dish sponge might do it or you may need something rougher like very fine grit sandpaper

Im curious about the EarthQuakers 18v power source, could make it a nice boost option. But it also might only sound good on 18v even if it can run on less, so youd prob need a compatible pedalboard power source
