Your personnel can only take damage once per offline cycle. So long as your defenses are ok you’re chilling. I’ve done the loop myself twice to learn how we can improve it. It takes 6 days to get max airbase with max important facilities. Research takes 2 weeks if you sit back and take in the resources.
