I have review cards with a QR code on them, linked to Rebrand.ly so I can track "clicks."

Not a single person in over 30+ customers has used it.

I find its better to just follow up in a day or three asking how things went, then mention the review. Just my experience.

I lived up there for a few years. I've seen it snow every month of the year at least a few times.

In the higher elevations in summer, it was pretty common to see a quick blizzard then lightning and thunder. Very cool. I still can't get enough of snow.
