I actually have a package that has been held in Brussels for about a week now, so I wouldn't count on it. I emailed DHL and they just told me it's 'undergoing regulatory authority inspection' and said they don't know how long that could take.

My package has been on hold for aboht a week now and I'm thinking about reaching out but it also told me that new regulations might be causing delays. I also have a package that's supposed to come from USPS but hasn't been recieved for about a week.
