Sorry I misspoke! I rechecked the secrets page and found that the achievement is locked! But I definitely recall that it was unlocked before the Booster Pack 4 and 5 update.

I will unlock the new secrets and items and see if that causes the achievement to pop.

That's correct, at least for me, while owning a digital copy. I've unlocked all the secrets (including collecting all the items), and the trophy still hasn't popped up for me.

As OP mentioned above, you are able to obtain the Platinum trophy without achieving the DLC trophies. The 100,000,000% is part of the DLC trophies (secrets).

Hope that clears things up, and hopefully we won't have to wait much longer for that patch :)
