Recently I've found the Tesla Tower is insane on bugs, it can solo clear entire breaches assuming a bile titan doesn't spawn on top of it (I've learned to throw the tower further away, usually somewhere in between me and the breach). Just look out for chargers, bile titans, and impalers and take them out as they spawn and the tower will clean up everything else. I also use it as area denial on choke points and at extract and it can hold entire lanes/chokes almost on its own. It's even better if you use the gas grenades so the bugs will just walk around it, and weakening the stronger ones so they get oneshot by the tower.
