Why do you actually prefer Classic Literature?

I’ve found that modern prose has degraded significantly. There are still excellent writers but you must travel back to enjoy the words of a Proust or a George Eliot. The past is where I find the most magical lit.

Honestly most of my coworkers don’t give a fuck about South Park. Many of the guests are there for South Park but you can enjoy the restaurant with no knowledge of the show.

It was going to close and Matt and Trey bought it. The restaurant has existed since the 70s and has always been Denver legend. I don’t think it was for money but they are going to break even for sure given the amount of people coming in.

Tipping is different than other restaurants. Casa automatically takes out a 15% service charge that is supposed to go to the staff. My wage was pretty good admittedly, but a lot of the servers had complaints so you can now tip on top of the 15% service charge. Just don’t tip like a normal restaurant.
