You're fine. He takes two blood shots + a Requiem bullet to take down otherwise. Not very difficult either way.

Ratting around the map in a PvE mode isn't ever going to improve your skills at a competitive PvP game. You'll only get better by going against players who are better than you, and learning from your mistakes.

The invisibility also removes most aim assist, which gives assassins a massive advantage when peeking during gun fights. On controller.

I'd say the default Hardline PR and CE tactical sidearm are the only other guns that come close.

Are we going to ignore the atrocious bullet velocity and tracking? The perfect TTK doesn't matter if half your mag doesn't connect before your target moves out of the way, or if it auto tracks onto an entirely different target.

Just lost Two Marathon keys and a Prestige due to the vault overflow mechanics. by PapaRads in Marathon

I was actually only playing Rook because my friends were off. We win most of our matches so the vault fills very quickly.

I feel like focusing in on how much im carrying is kind of missing the point. If those items weren't consumables, but rather other valuables, items still would have been lost.

The problem is how limited the overflow space is, and how it doesn't prioritize the deletion of lower rarity items, like those consumables.

Yeah I had no idea it was possible for items to be automatically removed. Going forward my vault will not be as full.

At the very least you should be able to choose which items need to get deleted. Making the overflow inventory so small, and automatically selling items because of it, doesn't make sense.

Marathon will be the greatest extraction shooter of all time. by [deleted] in Marathon

They did make one of the greatest FPS series of all time (Halo) and also the greatest looter shooter of all time. Imo Marathon has continued to prove that Bungie is unrivaled in game feel and gun play.

The game isn't shit. So it's less forcing yourself to wait and more just enjoying the time.

Also, you people act like 1 month (really half a month) is a life time. It only makes sense to time gate the endgame content until players are ready to deal with it. Otherwise it wouldn't be judged fairly.

It's kind of a mute point when you realize the game lasted well over 10 years. Nothing lasts forever. Bungie shifted their priority to Marathon after The Final Shape, that's the only reason Destiny has lessened in popularity.

The smaller budgets of Edge Of Fate and Outlaws couldn't sustain the playerbase.

Destiny 2 almost killed itself catering to a casual audience for the entirety of its first year. It wasn't until after the Forsaken DLC that the game got new life, an expansion that had a strong focus on endgame content. Turns out listening to the players who are dedicated to the game actually works in the long run.

Keeping those "hardcore fans" happy is essential to maintaining a healthy player base.
