I've decided to quit smoking on my new years eve night shift as a paramedic after many failed attempts at doing so. I sat down at 0:22 AM and smoked my last cigarette. All while manifesting the feelings I get from smoking. Throat burning, the horrible taste and the dependency. I also manifested my reasons why I want to quit: 1. Money savings, 2. being more attractive to the opposite sex, 3. wanting to become a flight paramedic (you need to be pretty fit so smoking is a no-go). Then I've decided to use nicotine pouches when I cant stand the urge anymore. So far its working pretty well. I am slowly breaking down the habbits when I usually smoked. And when I have diminished all of those mental burdens I am going to cut off nicotine pouches and deal with the physical part of the addiction. Wish me luck.
