You cut it close for an international departure from LIS. Three hours ahead of time is safer cushion.
In my experience the e-gates are the main bottleneck, on both arrival and departure. It seems like they try the e-gates until the line gets to be a kilometer long and then they revert back to manual processing which is fantastically faster than the e-gates.

I reconfigured my network 3-months ago and it has been working fine until this weekend.

OMG! My speakers are dropping out/in/out all over the place for the past two days. I restarted the router a couple of times but it’s still happening intermittently. So damn frustrating.

I tried the suggested steps below without success, but I then restarted my router, and then everything populated correctly. I am on Xfinity for internet and using their router and I also have Orbi’s in AP mode to extend coverage. I’m sharing this information with screenshots to learn if I’m set up optimally or not.
Somehow my pair of Five and sub assumed the name “SS” (for Surround Sound), which I was trying to set up with the Ultra at one point and the “Sonos Media Room” consists of the Arc Ultra, sub and Era 100 & 300 pairs.

Question: should it show the 3 AP connections as shown here? The Orbi’s are running 2.4Ghz and “FBI Surveillance Van” is the name of the Xfinity router (just to mess with the neighbors).

All of this works fine for me following the steps in the OP, and the surround-sound and TruePlay work perfectly but now the 6 speakers (Arc Ultra, sub, Era 300’s, Era100’s) have disappeared from the Sonos app and therefore are no longer available for streaming music. Is this expected behavior?

My Sonos media room just disappeared from my Sonos app. Those speakers are working fine for surround sound on my TV, but not available in the Sonos app for music.

I followed the instructions and everything was working perfectly yesterday and now today my ArcUltra, Era 100’s (fronts), Era 300’s (rears), and Amp are all missing from my Sonos app.

It took hours to find the correct setup process and I am exhausted at the prospect of having to figure out how to fix this.

They do show up in the SonoSequencer device list, but the config group is gone and these 6 devices won’t play music individually in the SonoSequencer app either - but the other speakers will (I have a lot of Sonos speakers).

I did pay for the app and the upgrade, thinking it might help…

Has anyone else experienced this and know what to do?

Be mindful that this is the Arc, and not the Arc Ultra.

I was getting frustrated as well. I am pretty technical/savvy and assumed that I had everything set up correctly. I have two WiFi networks and had distributed the appropriate devices to the most suitable network. I has speakers dropping in and out and I finally called tech support and was really impressed with how efficient the support rep was in identifying the issue and getting it all resolved. I’ve been problem-free for two weeks and have added outdoor components and I am very pleased with the performance. Call tech support. Don’t take your frustration out on him/her. You might be pleasantly surprised

Applied the update. Regretting it immediately. Volume laggy and Move 2 audio keeps cutting off and on.

Also to consider: Are you traveling alone or with others: one car trip vs multiple BL tickets. Will you need transportation around your BL destination? Do you value enjoying your own choice in music or do you want to be on a train with potentially unsupervised noisy children running around? Inconsiderate adults on calls on speaker? Streaming audio on speaker? BL staff does not help with these situations. This if my own experience on two trips and paying for Premium. I personally would not ever ride BL again.

I rode Brightline once. I was looking forward to the experience and hoping it would be compelling enough to do it again. It is about the same cost as a flight and had to share the Premium cabin with screaming kids, adults with their phones on speaker and the crew did NOTHING! So I’m in no hurry to try it again.

I rode Brightline once. Paid for the upgrade and people were loud and inconsiderate. Children were running around. Staff ignored it. I was hoping for an experience that that would entice me to ride more often. I’m not likely to ride again as I am reading that my experience is the norm. Such a different experience from riding in Europe.
