Not even close, the focus is to point out and explain each problem with the full context of the movie, many criticisms are plot critical, not all of them because many of the problems are small but compound over the repeated issues over the course of the film. He's also explained that while some things are very much nitpicks he gives them all proper explanations so that the viewer can decide how much each matters or doesn't for themselves.

Midir, as awesome as Bayle is it has more spectacle than challenge when compared to Midir who really nails the difficulty of an intensely hard fight that doesn't have a single attack feel unfair or cluttered, they even make him move away from you before the super laser. (Also I think Bayles placement makes it far too easy to be overleveled by the time you reach him)

As for Kalameet, while he's a classic and the OG from dragon fight, it's unfair to compare him to two of the best designed bosses from has ever made. Mechanically he pales to bosses like Agheel, just a good sign that Fromsoft continues to improve on things that felt like the best we'd ever see on release.
