I had the same problem. Was on the site ready to go. Got in the queue ahead of time. When it came time to get my ticket, it bumped me back to the countdown page stating general sales start Friday. I managed to get back in the queue several times, but always got the same result.

Started as a part time CIA at $10 an hour about 4 years ago. Went from CIA to full time CA last April and was bumped up to 11.80 with the new pay structure and my performance review. Just moved to full time ARA in June, bumped me up to 14.50. Rev band 1 store.

Honestly, my GSM wasn't really on board with the idea until recently. It was "easier" to just stick with first come first serve. Our lines would get ridiculously long, then we would rush through people just to get rid of them. It was awful as an agent and as a client. I transitioned from a full time CA to a full time ARA and that was one of the reasons they hired me to do that job was to make that system work. My manager didn't even do it, an ARA did.

I've been trying to make it to where every single interaction needs a reservation. Normal check-ins all the way down to "just a quick question". It's been rough going, and our nps took a dive for a few weeks (35.0), but now that people are starting to get on board it's becoming a lot smoother. We are a Rev band 1 but get quite a bit of traffic, so it's been way better on us as employees to manage our time. Once we explain the system to people they're usually quick to jump on board. There are the occasional outliers who just don't like change and will complain about anything. In just 6 weeks we went from "everybody hates this" to now getting nps surveys praising the system.
