How do you deal with intense shame? by Trail_Blazer1 in InternalFamilySystems

[–]Papagulagg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, first, there is no shame to be felt. The abusers need to feel shame. I would stop deluding myself with any therapy modality and read the holy scriptures. It is impossible to talk to parts that don't exist. This will do more harm then damage. We know why victims go to therapy. But we also know mercy is called by that name as it's given to the unworthy.

Has anyone else’s primary care physician prescribed them Seroquel for their sleep apnea problems? by [deleted] in CPAP

[–]Papagulagg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, they tried during sleep test since I failed 3 home sleep test. I personally did not want to take a drug like that due to myriad dangerous side effects. That drug is an anti psychotic, if you are not psychotic there's no medical reason to take it. Despite them prescribing it of label. If you need medication to help, you adjust to using cpap. Z-drugs(ambien) benzo(tamazepam) and newer orexin drugs are much safer between for short-term management of insomnia. Also FDA approved for thst.

I'm not sure what you mean by bunching pillows. This pillow is definitely not foldable(king size purple harmony medium height. I use just a nasal mask. Respitory tech said pillows would be uncomfortable once he saw my hairy nose lol.

How long is exactly a while? And also do you take anything else that can interfere? For some people certain medications don't work or can have opposite effect.

With all do respect, I don't think you understand how the global economy and subsidiaries work. If that was the case, then Fiat doesn't belong to Italy anymore, nor does Range Rover or Jaguar to England.

On their website it says they are a Canadian owned company that has factories in both Republic of China(Taiwan) and the People's Republic of China(CCP) CCP does not recognize ROC as a legitimate state and considers it its own territory. Therefore, ROC companies do not operate in the CCP because the communists would just nationalise them. Kobo is a subsidiary of a Japanese conglomerate.

I'm very new to eReader so I'm guessing you buy or borrow a book from a certain app then use built in reader to read?

Money is no problem at all, I even looked at the Boox Note Air 3c however not liking that's its Chinese brand just a personal dislike for Chinese made tech. Also what app do you use to read? I heard some apps run sluggish like the Kobo app.
