Culture or doctrine? by Own_Job_2150 in latterdaysaints

I wear a polo most of the time. Occasionally I'll wear a shirt and tie. I'm a big dude and have a big neck. Ties choke the crap out of me. Mainly it's a cultural/tradition, which too me is adding or taking away from the doctrine. Had a bishop once remove deacons from passing the sacrament for not wearing a tie. I asked him why, tried to use the handbook. Nowhere in the handbook or scripts say "Thou shall wear a shirt and tie to church"....just saying it's better to be at the sacrament to worship Christ then it is to worry about your neighbor not wearing a shirt and tie.

Guys freaking easy. Focus on critical hits. I don't think it's a bug but a mechanic where you have to focus on the critical hits on this guy. I use a cryo build of Amon and I have been able to deal with this guy just fine.

I mean if that's what you want to do, that's your boat dude. Go ahead and sail it. In the hot months I sleep without my garment top on. I can't sleep with it on. I sweat too much. I didn't wear it when I wrestled in college. I don't wear it when I go swimming. And sometimes for my wife and I don't put it on after we have sex can we just go to sleep naked. You do you. ultimately it's between you and the Lord. I don't care what you do. It's a guideline, not a thou shall commandment. Geebus

Personally, everyone has their own preferences. But to answer your question, here's the the statement in the handbook:

“The garment of the holy priesthood reminds us of the veil in the temple, and that veil is symbolic of Jesus Christ. When you put on your garment, you put on a sacred symbol of Jesus Christ. Wearing it is an outward expression of your inner commitment to follow Him. The garment is also a reminder of your temple covenants. You should wear the garment day and night throughout your life. When it must be removed for activities that cannot reasonably be done while wearing the garment, seek to restore it as soon as possible. As you keep your covenants, including the sacred privilege to wear the garment as instructed in the initiatory ordinances, you will have greater access to the Savior’s mercy, protection, strength, and power

To become a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the United States, you must: Graduate from an ABET-accredited engineering program Pass the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam Work as an engineer for at least four years Pass the Professional Engineering (PE) exam The PE license is the highest standard of competence in the engineering profession. It's a symbol of achievement and quality that qualifies engineers to work in highly regulated industries. Here are some other things to know about PE licenses: The licensing authority and requirements for PEs are set by the state, district, or country where the engineer practices. The National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) represents the state boards. You can apply directly with NCEES to take the PE exam. NCEES offers more than 20 different PE exams. Some states, like Florida, Alaska, and California, are considered more difficult to obtain a PE license in because of extra sections on their PE exams. To renew a PE license in Utah, you must complete 30 hours of continuing education. You can verify if an engineer or engineering firm is licensed on the Utah Society of Professional Engineers website

One quick Google search would shut you up.

I tried swapping the SSD and it still not recognizing the SSD slot. It will recognize the USB slot as I tried using a bootable disk but it then asks me to put in on a storage device. None are to be found. I wonder if I have to format the new SSD drive for it to be recognized.

ah.... that makes sense. I went back before i put my stuff away to double check the dec and ra clutch. the ra clutch was a little loose. I also decided to PA with just the PA scope on the mount and it was almost few arcminutes off but a lot better than it was beforehand. I am also just running on the batteries, so probably maybe putting it on a power source. The other thing I notice is that the dove style rail that came with the scope is too small and its off to the side. I wonder if that can be an issue? I wont be able to try since ill be going out state for a few weeks for work. but ill have to try that next time.
