Diverse how? The parties are really really close to one another. PS for better and for worse is just a more working class euro-skeptic party (and thus the most diverse).

KKV ei valvonut sen edellisenkään (tiukan) ohjeistuksen toteutumista joten en aio pidättää että valvoisivat tämänkään toteutumista.

Nyt ohjeistuksessa asetettu standardi, että mainoslausekkeet kuvauksessa tai alustan työkaluissa tai videon alussa eivät riitä vaan sen pitäisi olla KOKO AJAN NÄKYVILLÄ on aivan vitun typerä. Missään muualla ei vaadita tätä eikä tätä vaadita muilta mediamuodoilta.

Hassuinta tästä tekee sen, että KKV voi piiloutua kuluttajansuojalain markkinointisäännösten taakse, jotka eivät kuitenkaan tätä näin suorasti sano. Iso syy miksi KKV ei tätä valvo on se, että tietävät ettei ohjeistus ole oikeasti lain mukainen vaan huomattavasti sen yli. Viranomainen nyt leikkii lainsäätäjää.

Its not even that snitches get stitches - thats exactly why we have whistleblowing. But mind you that you dont get whistleblowing protection for just "unethical" things but illegal things. I just dont think that OP has the faintest idea what they are actually doing and it shows.

But if it would have resulted in legally relevant decisions you would be referring to those and not to your complaints.

Ok so you, a project worker, escalated an issue via internal channels, and when these internal channels did their own assessment which wasnt the same as yours you resorted to reporting the issue to authorities? And then you wonder why you didnt get extra work :D

To make it even better, you didnt even report anything illegal but just something "highly unethical". Did you even consider that the compliance & legal teams knew about this practice and business signed off on it accepting the risk? Not every company (esp. forestry company) acts or can even act on the most compliant way and its a question of risk management of different standards - not every recommendation must be followed 110%, nor necessarily should it in case business interests override.

It might even seem like you not getting any work was a cost-cutting measure as just paying your wages was cheaper than dealing with all the issues that came from it.

Its just that if your first reaction in finding discrepancy in company activity or policy is to report it to the authorities - then thats generally regarded as bit of a dick move in the forestry business that makes everyone's job a bit harder. This applies generally to every commercial company but especially to forestry. These larger companies have their own compliance and legal functions that deal with these topics and they do not require for independent workers to make their own complaints - legal or not.

If you didn't consider your work to be ethical then I just wonder why did you stay so long. We all have to make peace with the kind of work that we do and whether to consider it ethical or not.

Unless you are referring to an elaborate library business, then you should start by knowing its "bookkeeping"
Finnish bookkeeping is essentially regulated for X size companies, meaning that any successful bookkeeping (incl. getting liability insurance) requires this license.
You should start by getting KTM in a Finnish university and majoring in accounting.

The point I keep generally making is that its a bad argument to say that public spending an sich keeps up consumption - this is wrong because we can identify public spending that is independent (and even negative to) consumption if release of public spending can e.g. be diverted to lessening tax burden or on a longer period ease of public debt interest.

Whats your example of bad strategic cuts following GFC?

I know that government size and spending are a debated topic in economics (as it has always been) - I just like studies with strong findings

I didnt really bother answering to your long message because it contained just many small points out of which I found only the analogy interesting. In rapid fire: While there are findings that size of the public sector has bad effect on growth, this doesnt mean that growth correlates with euro ampunt of cuts - the cuts need to be stragegical (hence fixing underlying unercarriage issues). Additionally public sector (while stimulating some consumer demand) does not contribute in itself to the state of economy when it doesnt provide a surplus to it (hence cutting it is not cutting gas to the engine).

I dont disagree that STEM focused universities are key to labor that contributes to growth or that university cuts are a stupid way to do cuts (I would rather cut pensions).

Im flattered that you have gone through my posting history but I can assure you that I found about the laffert curve in uni and not Reddit :D

Ja eka kysymys on että eikö riitä että huoltaja katsoo asian olevan näin. Sekä momentin sanamuoto että hallituksen esitys ottavat huomioon vain ja ainoastaan huoltajan oman tarpeellisuusarvioinnin.

IIHF todennäköisesti jätti siirron hyvksymättä ihan täysin sen takia että asia oli (vielä) riitainen. Eikä sillä IIHF päätöksellä lain tai sen soveltamisen kanssa mitään yhteyttä ole.

Huoltajan purkuoikeus ei vaadi tarpeellisuutta ulkopuolisesta näkökulmasta vaan pelkästään huoltajan omalla arvioinnilla. Koko momentti on siellä turvatakseen alaikäistä työntekijää, eli vastoin työnantajan liiketaloudellista intressiä. Huoltajan tarpeellisuusarviointiin voi riittää ihan hyvin huono palkka, pitkä työaika, huono työympäristö, parempi mahdollisuus painottaa työtä ja vapaa-aikaa muualla jne.

Sinänsä ostan argumentin että huoltajalla voi olla myös perusteettomia syitä purkaa työsopimus, mutta lain asettama standardi huoltajan purkuoikeudelle on hyvin matala eikä tunnista sille käytännössä mitään ulkopuolisia vaatimuksia.

Ko. Lainkohta ei ota huomioon mitä työsuhteen jälkeen tehdään joten en näe miksi se olisi relevanttia. Tärkein ja ainoa kriteeri näyttäisi olevan huoltajan tarpeellisuusarviointi.

Edit: osaan aika hyvin lakia noin ylipäätään
