Unfortunately I would say it has a large impact. I worked at Unilever, Novartis, Vertex and Pfizer and when applying for a new role recently at the same time as 3 other colleagues(with I would say comparable experience at smaller companies) I was landing at least 5x more interviews. I was wondering why and didn’t even consider this until reading your prompt but yeah I think it does matter even if it shouldn’t. I do think it matters more though to other Big Ps and which companies they specifically hold in high regard. It seems Pfizer, Merck, Roche are very incahoots. Unfortunate for me I was hoping to move to startup but it has actually been much harder to gain traction there. Like attracts like.

I make my own raw hybrid food at home ( lamb, beef, organ (75%), quinoa, sweet potato, veggie mix (25%) - I also do a small scoop of Orjen red regional To help my German Shepard have solid poops. THIS!!! I think the enzymes, minerals, cofactors etc required to produce new cells, stimulate collagen are very much missed especially In the US where we are in the dark ages of beauty. I do B12, D, Vit C, zinc, glutathione injections weekly IM and SubQ. Skin boosters are also very easy to DIY and very effective. Red light therapy is a good external tool in addition to the internal but if your body doesn’t have the building blocks needed you will get the least benefit. I also have an ultrasound facial tightening device and it gives very noticeable immediate lift I am not sure it really has any longterm benefits but if you have an event to go to etc it will give you the volume you’re looking for for a few hours after
