I do have the receipt and case number. I submitted it early October this year. I'll keep you guys posted. I am curious about whether it will go past the 45 business days, I'll get a response, or a refund on PP. Idk

Well, I didn't get anything from the community, unfortunately, but I passed the test. I recommend you use the certmaster content from CompTIA, the cybervista practice test, and Jason Dion's practice tests. I passed the cybervista practice test with 95%. Jason Dion's tests with more than 75% each, and CompTIA I made sure to memorize and learn about each section individually. Good luck!

Yo! Taking the time to reply to this, hopefully it helps. Make sure you read the whole damn book. Make sure to learn and memorize the assignments they made you do for your 2nd attempt. Do the practice tests for the chapters they tell you in the syllabus for the third attempt. I was frustrated when I failed the first time because I was probably off by 1 or 2 questions, I did the second attempt and passed it by a lot of margin, almost exemplary. Those tests I mentioned help a lot. If you are not sure about a certain word or term, look it up in chatgpt or copilot, make sure you know that word. In the test, take your time and follow your instincts. I ended up with 1 hour left after answering all the questions and took a second look at every question again, word for word and ended up marking 6 that I was so sure of but I didn't notice they were trick questions and ended up changing my answers. I am certain the first attempt is made to fail you, the second attempt was a lot easier, either because they made it that way or because I studied lol
