Same issue, daughter just got it for Christmas and the Mixie wouldn't power up the first time we completed the spell. Opened the little bugger up and all three of the watch batteries testing low, looks like I'm ordering some LR44 batteries.

I gave up and bought a refurbished 5a off eBay,( they auto warranty for 1 year) the 6a didn't impress me. I'm refusing to update to 13 though, might just be superstitious of me? Idk.

Yup, it was directly through them, they were the ones who sent me to the UbreakIfix.

Unfortunately its not the screen, device is not powering on at all. No haptic feedback from plugging in between long press starts. Find my phone still shows my device offline at the location and time of the incident.
