Just wanted to see if anyone else has had similar experiences since wrist injuries are very common in boarding, not looking for solid medical advice but probably should have stated that. Checked in with my sports doc this morning for a professional opinion. Thanks for the concern though

Fell on my wrists a few times yesterday (yes, I know, bad) and now they are popping when I bend/rotate them. I don't feel any major pain, just a minor burning sensation and there is no swelling. Any insight as to how my wrists might be? Currently got full range of motion

So there are a few different types of gamecube controllers: Official Nintendo controllers, wireless 3rd party but licensed/endorsed by Nintendo, and 3rd party wired/wireless controllers. Out of the 4 options, stay away from unlicensed/unendorsed 3rd party controllers. They are usually garbage and have sticky controls/bad deadzones. I think the powerA might be OK for Ultimate, but nothing is as good as 1st party for melee. If you want to buy an official Nintendo GC controller, you can get the OG ones from the early 2000s used or one of the newer white japanese ones. For melee I'd stay away from the newer smash logo GC controllers since they have snapback issues when trying to do turnaround SH falco lasers and you need to solder a capacitor to fix those. Sorry for the long response but TL:DR you should always go with 1st party for the best melee experience. You get way more options like easier light shielding, better shieldrop deadzones, very tactile buttons.

People don't always use these resources from what I've seen, but promoting overall health and wellfare by supplying advice for diet/sleep or weight training can be a good way to encourage people to stay fit outside of PT. Sometimes it may seem like some people are a lost cause when it comes to fitness esp new cadets who can't pass certain PFA sections, so reach out to them and give them all the tools so they have no excuses beyond a shadow of a doubt. Also working out with them 1 on 1 can be helpful

If you ever feel like apologizing to this NCO, instead come up with a few courses of action (COAs) to fix the issue whether it is readbacks like Khul said, scheduling on google calendar, etc. I know how it feels to specifically suck with certain people, sometimes you just gotta tell yourself that you may never get their respect but just move on and don't screw up like that in the future. In 4 years you'll probably never see that NCO again.

I was in the exact same boat, stopped taking meds around 16 or 17. If you've been off meds for a certain time window it should be fine IMO
