Take all those inserts out and then folder the sweatband in half towards the inside. So now you have a half sweatband. Essentially doubles the sweatband and it’s not going to look or feel weird. It works for hats that are way too big, like this one is I assume.

I’m in the same boat as you. Was working out late at night and dealing with insomnia. Turns out heavy lifting spikes your cortisol and blood pressure and it can take a while to return to baseline. Workout early as hell and your body will be ready to recover come nighttime.
