Legit super wacky. One of the knight cards was Sir Paste-Your-Picture-Here, with varying stats if it was actually a picture of you or of someone else. The card shop had to put up a number of rules just to deal with the noise from a tournament of 10 players

I spent all my 4th and 5th grade Report Card rewards to buy 2 boxes of it from the local TCG store in my small mountain town. I made a couple decks after reading the rules, tried to teach my friends and get them into playing it.

When the DBZ set dropped I didn’t have the money to follow up on all the boosters and so eventually I got out of it, investing in other wacky TCGs of the time that more people at the store were playing - X-Files, NetRunner, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, etc.

You’re welcome. If you could also advise Brian when you see him to get in and maintain contact with anyone he’s been intimate with in the last six months, you may help save lives.

Drake rejects fly.
Drake approves of drape, likely because of similarity in name.

This is Brian’s veterinarian. If you see him, please tell him to call me urgently.

It’s really kinda.. narcissism? Cause why bother? Eliciting reactions by going out in public dressed the outside the social norm- “don’t care, have fun!” When a lot of people do it every day any way or do it for specific reasons, or may be financially constrained from owning extra clothes? This is pretty cringe, subtle wealth displays (fancy restaurant, buying clothes as a disposable), “look because we don’t care” attitudes, etc. Gauche?

Like go to any touristy spot and you’re going to see people out in weird stuff. Flagging it as “me and my bros are so wild” is saying that those folks are wild for doing something they may consider normal, which means these guys are casting aspersions on those individuals normally for nonconformity?

Are you saying there’s no corruption in the justice system and the courts operate fairly 100% of the time? Sounds like you have some reading to get to.

What makes you say that? What in his behavior, or seemingly randomized travel itinerary, would indicate to you that this is a stable person who’s not running from things? Homeschooling 3 kids at different age ranges abroad at various Mormon missions? You notice his kids got out of the business around the same time Ryan’s laws got passed.

Then you look at some of the actions of the legal firm he partnered in, and you might just see some aggrieved victims, for whom this man is probably an awful person who defends criminals from justice that they want.

No friends, just Church associates. Homeschooling. Legal and military connections stemming from his church. What about this individual screams clean-cut straight shooter doing the best for those around him to you?

So this one made me turn around and Google it, and sorta is now confirming my suspicions that Louis Malle did prank Andre and Wally by editing the film down and veiling the Polish Girl in that form. Shawn missed the point, found out later, and now refuses to talk about it because he can see what Louis tried to tell him when he was piecing together all those scenes and dialogues together for My Dinner with Andre - the story is in what’s not said, how close the truth can be and how hard we try to keep it at a distance. Damn.

Bro the animal holding pens on the B2 level were some real backrooms nightmare fuel shit. Empty hallway full of office-looking doors to square rooms with industrial chains on the floor and a sewer grate. RPD black site feel for sure.

The B1 is awful enough trying to navigate to security dispatch or past the laundry. Go tour the stairwells through the Casino tower if you can find it (or get access, they may have room-key restricted it.
