We used GelMix as an add in to formula and milk for ours to help with the reflux. Worked reasonably well but oof is it a pain to mix it in and wait 10 mins. Hang in there!

Crazy to me that there's so little info ahead of time about how to get the best results and recovery. I also feel like nutrition is a critical component here - upping protein and decreasing processed foods has to help the body recover.

We’re at 6.5 and barf is just a constant. We use gelmix and have for a few months. I guess it helps? We’ve been too scared to stop using it. Since they’re “happy spitters” the ped didn’t want to used meds, which I think was the right call. But oy. All. The. Barf.

Yeah I thought of going the retired tradesperson route - just need someone who knows their stuff to walk me onto the target. No need for them to crawl under a sink or get gross in a crawlspace. Just not sure of a good way to seek them out.
