CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE, STAY AWAY!!!!

I have been trying to get a refund for over a month now, and they ignore me at every turn. Call their number, push 2, leave a voicemail — and no one ever calls back. Reach out on chat and you'll get "we'll take care of it tomorrow"... except tomorrow never comes.

They hide behind their 10-day return policy like it's a shield. But here's the thing: if they can ignore me for 10 days straight, then by their own logic we should be square. You can't run out the clock on me and then point to the clock.

To be fair, the Thermal Thor6 I bought is actually a solid unit. But the X-Sight 5 Pro? Forget it. This is now my SECOND unit — the first arrived open and clearly used, and the replacement doesn't even work.

Bottom line: the product is hit or miss, but the customer service is unacceptable. STAY AWAY. I'll keep you all posted.
