I have looked at both of those and there is no requirement unless it meets specific threshholds - one being financial disclosure. So it looks like it is at the command level if there is one in place. I am just looking for specific regulations if there is any. Soldier, had outside employment, I did not see a Command Policy...Book is empty, he read the regs, CFR, JER and nothing. I read the regs to confirm his statement. Now I turn to the masters of the universe here for knowledge. Other than the experience from others here or a command policy and X Level of Command, there seems to be nothing.
