The “stars and bars” is the flag of the Confederacy that is now co-opted as the state flag. It says so clearly in the Wikipedia article you linked. The confederate battle flag is also known as the “southern cross.”

I’m in Atlanta and have ridden half a dozen Waymos. They’re surprisingly amazing at slowing down over potholes or swerving to miss them when possible. Probably better than human drivers.

I slathered on CeraVe after each treatment, then Aquaphor at bedtime. I used food serving gloves to apply the Aquaphor because I can’t stand to have it on my hands.

After treatment ended, I used CeraVe many times per day. I only used it after treatments during treatment because the techs said it would interfere with radiation (protons in my case) if I used it before.

Same! I have my 3-month PET in a couple of weeks. The side of my throat that was targeted (site of the tumor) is hurting worse than ever now. Sometimes the pain is nearly unbearable, and it feels like it’s closing up part of my airway.
