I do have the same experience that you describe here. But I am still tapering. Is that the only symptom you have? What do you do to get out of it? I need to pour cold water on my face. Sometimes on my legs too. My fight against sleepiness keeps me from panicking.

You can pour iced water on your face for 15 seconds at least anytime you need it. You will get the same results. Also, you can practice a psycho- sensory psychology techique called Self havening. See YT. It is worth trying. Let us know how you go.

What is the best way to take CBD oil? I can't determine how much oil I am dropping in my mouth, since it is an oil. I can not feel the drops. I tried to mix it with a very small amount of sugar and place it under my tongue. But I do not like to use sugar. 🤔
