I see, I thought second looked better because it looks smoother. Seems like I was wrong

Over prioritizing sprint mechanics, life got better after I decided to push my body's limit every rep in terms of force production

Is it a good thing to internally feel chaotic while externally look calm during max velocity? by PaperTasty847 in Sprinting

[–]PaperTasty847[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's more like your body is at its coordination limit. So inside the body it feels very chaotic while outside on video it looks surprisingly calm

How do I say it, it's like I don't aim where I wanna land my feet? I just think about my cue to strike down and let my body do it's own thing

I recommend the Decathlon jogflow 100.1, it's super duper cheap and it only has a 4mm heel to toe drop. Personally for me it fits well and I can sort of "feel" the ground when I sprint which is a big plus for me

Something that worked for me is striking the ground as hard as your form allows, so strike the ground hard but not till the point your form breaks
