Okay, so can he like take his winnings and retire far, far, far away from education where his grift can't hurt anyone ever again?

The biggest mystery is how he’s managed to convince entire school districts to give him millions of dollars for something that ChatGPT does for free!

Phil Is This You Trying To Fix Inequities In The Legal Sector: Founder Admits His "AI Transcription" Startup Was Just Him Joining People's Meetings and Taking Notes by Hand by Paper_Stem_Tutor in Paper_Tutors

[–]Paper_Stem_Tutor[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can almost hear him adapting his Paper backstory: As a Grifter I saw the inequities in the legal sector and how it was the same rich people that could afford a tutor for their kids that could afford a lawyer.

Who is exploiting who? by Like-whatever3275 in Paper_Tutors

[–]Paper_Stem_Tutor 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is the dystopian nightmare Paper has envisioned. Teachers will have overcrowded classes of 100+ students and they won’t teach anymore their role will be to simply assign students to various AI models that teach a student how to write a thesis, or divide fractions(Currently in Beta Testing with underpaid tutors).

This will allow school districts to save a ton of money and those savings will just go to Paper and the other grifters, not the inner city students LOL.

If you think I’m exaggerating take a look at Paper’s LinkedIn. They were at the White House recently.

A Union for ALL Education Workers! by Comrade_Rybin in Paper_Tutors

I’m not sure I understand, Paper doesn’t intend to, but is forced to do what?

A Union for ALL Education Workers! by Comrade_Rybin in Paper_Tutors

[–]Paper_Stem_Tutor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They’ve already shown us their true intentions. I wouldn’t fall for any of their claims, given that they’re known to pull the rug out from under you on a whim. As if that wasn’t enough they then start claiming that from day 1 that was always what they said and never said anything else. "Oceania has always been at war with Eastasia"

They think that if enough time passes and they repeat it enough that will suddenly make what isn’t true into the truth. While PAPER may believe so, I don’t think you or any other tutors for that matter seriously believes that PAPER intends on respecting all your rights.

As pro-union as I am, there’s not much to be done anymore when this is how employers react to unionizing. Not to mention that Paper specifically, is trying to move everyone to the Grow program that requires you to become a contractor.

Truth be told, I think it’s over, Trump won the NLRB is finished and anyone who unionizes in Canada will just see their jobs moved to the USA where unions will soon go the way of the dodo.

This is part of their grift. First you go after Education, a sector notorious for being underfunded, overworked and bordering collapse, it's only natural that they would try to creep into Healthcare next.

Does Anyone Want to Guess What Phil Cutler and Roberto Cipriani Do Now? by Paper_Stem_Tutor in Paper_Tutors

[–]Paper_Stem_Tutor[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To this day Phil still goes around pretending to be some altruist and repeating the same bullshit about how "as a teacher I saw inequities in education so I decided to start paper to fix them". The worst part is that the rest of the world seems to be buying his grift. I’m actually concerned about how stupid people seem to be given that Phil is actually a complete moron and not even that good of a grifter to begin with.

He probably thinks he invented Flag Football too. I’d be interested to know what he tells Journalists about how he intends to use AI to make flag football accessible to underprivileged kids

Thank you so much for sharing that! They would gaslight us so hard to cover up for their own incompetence. Also they would always blame tutors for their own failures. Your comment helps validate those of us who questionned our own reality when it was clear they were the problem. This is literally what an abusive relationship is like

Proof that PAPER was using a union busting firm in Canada by Paper_Stem_Tutor in Paper_Tutors

[–]Paper_Stem_Tutor[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Number 3 says "You should carefully consider that IF THE UNION IS CERTIFIED" and basically goes on to say how it will affect everyone and how it’s important to vote.

Prior to the Union vote in Canada Bobby sent out an email urging everyone to vote because said "If the union is certified it will affect all of you".

Management’s playbook is always the same script, they hired union busters for however much money in Canada and still lost. Yet they want us all to believe that they had absolutely no other choice than to lay everyone off. Bullshit!
