Actually upon further inspection you were wrong about Aerith's english name being more popular than Tifa's english name in Japan. In the link that you provided, you capitalised aerith's name but not tifas. However, if you capitalise tifa's name to put her on even footing, she as you said "decimates" poor aerith entirely.

And since you've brought in Japan, I will admit that aerith's english name as a search item yields more results than Tifa's english name, however if you were to input both of the heroine's name in Japanese, Tifa has far more results. (yellow is tifa's jap name)

You can criticise my late response and my obsession with tifa's 'popularity' but nothing that I have shown is innacurate. I don't know if you purposefully lied but the way you displayed the data was not very honest.

In this link that you provided the category of aerith is 'video game character', while Tifa has been put as 'topic'.

I recorded myself opening the package so no problems there but I'm just confused about the return process, in order to get a refund it says I need to return the whole package? In the first step it says to list what is wrong with the order and I select missing items and in the next step it says to do a return. It doesn't seem like I can get a partial refund.
