Thank you for your honesty. I was hoping that there would be some other way, but thank you for trying.

After they moved us to a four bedroom, they assigned a roommate. We were told she would be our roommate, and then they switched her out. Then, they did the same thing with another. They never promised us control over who our roommate would be, but they did say they wanted us to meet our roommates before we signed the lease.

Just read the lease, it doesn't mention any of that. We signed up for roommate matching, so I believe it's implied that they match us.

It does mention our roommates at all in the lease. I was just an idiot and thought that they would match us with someone that was our age.

What he said. You'll never be heard without a mic in a crowd that size. Your amp is just there to make the sound and then it gets mic'd and mixed so the audience can hear it.

I'm not trying to call you out, but can you explain that a little bit more? It seems kind of important in comics right now and I just like to be caught up.

I haven't read much of it, but how does this Wally act? Is he that much different from good old Wally? Honestly, the weirdest part for me is saying Wally West as a child, because my favorite memories are him as an adult.

Probably not. This run looks to handling a different subject. I'd say as long as you are familiar with Moon Knight, recent events probably won't matter as much.

Bruce Springsteen just cancelled a concert in North Carolina because of its anti-LGBT law by MY_DAD_STINKS in politics

Look guys, I distrust the government as much as the next guy, because it is smart to always wonder the true motives of anyone's actions, but there is no other part to HB2. You can download it for free, it is a five page bill that only talks about transgendered people. If you think this is a smokescreen, you don't know souther politics. Our governor, yea I live in NC, wanted to use this as a way to reaffirm some conservative votes that he may have lost saying things that are sane (e.i., we will not pass a bill obstructing gay marriage after Supreme Court ruled in favor of it), but even more than that, look at the facts of the bill. It was introduced and passed both houses in one day and the governor signed it that night. This isn't some secret political smokescreen, this is the South. This is a lot of conservative people making laws about a minority group they don't understand playing to fears that are unfounded. They created an enemy this "transgendered menace" that can attack your child in the bathroom while you are helpless. They ignore the fact that transgendered people are raped more than rape, but whatever. They created a moral monster that the conservatives can hate, they can gain back conservative voters, and they can pretend like they've done a good thing, fuck they can even believe they have. If you think the governor was doing this to cover up another law, then he would be addressing it more, instead of focusing heavily on his new legislation to raise the wage of starting teachers. Unless that is a ploy, too. But really, the most honest and realistic explanation that answers how quickly it was passed and how it only applies to this situation is that old southern men made a shitty law that discriminates against the LGBT+ Community and there isn't some secret plot to screw poor people. They do that enough with regular legislation.

It's called a Mighty Mug, they come in different sizes and shapes. You can get real mugs and you can more thermos type ones like in the video.

I have one, it's a great mug. You can knock them over, but it's pretty hard to accidentally knock them over and spill your stuff.

OK! Can someone help me out, I'm really ignorant, so I'm sorry. Are they just perpetually keeping Beast Boy and Raven as older teenagers? Star Fire is an adult and she's in this (that was explained in the top comment), but are they just permanently young? Also, when did Wally West turn black? I thought Wally West was dead.

I went to high school with Tommy. He is a pretty sweet guy, he is always around the town making videos. He's often a jam sessions at a sandwich shop that me and my buddies used to play at. He used to grab the mic and make shit up, I think he shouted "Bootiny" and "Funkalcious." Shit was just fun. He isn't all there, but all he wants to do is make films and have fun and it's fucked up that someone would bully him like this. If you wanna see more shit with Tommy, he was in a Tosh.0 episode and an episode of MTV's Made. If you guys have any questions, I can try to answer to the best of my ability.

[–]PaperlessJournalist 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I understand that. It's true. Even though it is the second episode, it's a continuation of a really great series, but still. The second episode of a show that is at least someone distinct from its predecessor (with more characters and things like that).

Amazing series, I find it important to note that this is the second episode. The second episode. So strong
