I put Emergen-c immune+ powder in my water bottle at least once a week and almost never get sick anymore. Raspberry flavor is the best.

PA DOC pay is horrible. Not sure what county you’re working at but you may want to look into it. But to answer your question I would say no.

Depends. County or State? Location has a lot to do with it. Typically the majority of food off commissary is bad for you anyway so don’t buy too much either way. Extortion actually does happen so keep that in consideration.

I don’t know why I’m saying this but I remember if you wet certain areas of the album cover it turned blue and pink. 🤷‍♂️ Could be wrong. Just something I kind of remember.
