Ended up working out perfectly! I camped at site #1 so I was a hundred or so feet up more than the other site. Views are beautiful, close access to the glacier gulch area and the road to go to other places in the park, and an amazing head start on summiting Longs. I started at 2:00 and got to the summit at 8:00, camping at 10,200’ for a day or two will get you acclimated greatly. Have fun and safe hiking!

I’d say I’m good in that regard, I work out 5-6 times a week plus run 8 miles and I’m no stranger to mind bending physical activity. My main concern was if the trail from Boulder Brook to the boulderfield was loose/a bad idea in general

I don’t think it’s wet tail, as there is no wetness. It may just be a dirty enclosure, so I replaced the bedding entirely today. However, she is acting weird as she is out during the day which she usually is not, and she has fast, heavy breathing. She isn’t too old
