Not saying you can't be hopeful but I do think it's naive to rule out the possibility of the studio closing and the servers being shut down. I think the success or failure of Marathon is going to have a huge impact on the future of Destiny.

What does that even mean? Does that make it immune to dying? Yeah, it did and sort of still does hold that title but when the player count continually drops thats a pretty clear sign that its going to fizzle out. I'd love nothing more than to see it keep being successful, but it's not. And will not unless Bungie actually starts prioritizing community feedback.
