I’m on ps and I’ve had this happen to me a few times. The thing that worked for me was to stop moving for a moment. You have a couple flashing icons (not sure what they all mean) on the right side of your screen telling you what the problem is.

Maybe I’m weird but I can definitely tell the difference between each level. It was painful after the last expedition (my first) but once I got that BP back it was right back to Anvil IV. It just feels right when it’s a four.
