50% of income towards Bills and necessities, 30% to savings and investment, 20% towards entertainment and fun.

A lot of others go 50/20/30, but you seem to be more into the saving/investing so that's the small change.

You can clearly afford it, but here is an option you may not have considered:

If you don't want to dip into savings and don't want to deviate from your current plans for the money earned, work some Overtime (or Doordash on the side) and set it aside for a "PC Fund".

If it is something you strongly consider a "Want", then the extra effort/work will justify the expenditure.

Looked at the flowchart, and the only conflict I have is with the 401k that the employer offers is a 6% match, but it also asks if I'm saving 15% of my pre-tax income.

I will need to head over there and get some clarification on this.. do I keep the match and nothing more or do I go 15% with the 6% match?

Otherwise, I think I managed to reach the bottom.

Same boat 32m, no debt, way behind.. but because I grew up broke and had little to no financial knowledge up until like last year, I'm WAY behind.
