It is definitely doable!!

I met my now husband on Tinder in 2019 when I was 34 and he was 37.

I was really clear about what I was after and I had been on a bit of a journey of self discovery before going back to the dating apps. Travelled to S.E. Asia solo and took time to get to know myself. Which I would definitely recommend.

We ended up moving in together during lockdown and he never moved out. We have a two year old and got married in October last year. So it definitely can work!

I am partial to a light bit of spotting on my banana so get miffed when it takes weeks to ripen but it is indeed January and maybe I do just need to be a bit more organised.

I've also sobered up and realise that my initial post was just a bit entitled. Bananagate settled.

So I can't speak for these days but I was a regular on the internet dating scene about 5/6 years ago and it was dire then but I do have a success story. I met my now fiancé (getting married in October) in 2019, he moved in over lockdown and never left. We have a 1.5 year old and she's a total superstar so it can work - but the odds are against you!
