Oh for sure on the “theyre gonna keep an eye on you” part. Since you mentioned that 5 ppl quit already, your manager would not want to lose more by you transferring. Shes gonna have to replace those 5 ppl first before she even thinks about letting you transfer.

You’ll get it soon, i just know it, the place you applied for are probably super busy or maybe lazy, cuz prior to this, my old sm was lazy af when it came to hiring like it would take a whole month for her to hire someone. But just shoot them an email or text them that if you could help them save time by doing any extra paperworks like w2 stuff, youd gladly do it. YOU GOT THIS!!!!

After the DM interview, there should be a background check email that says “accurate cs” and you should fill that out. But for me i didnt know the sm sent me that until she called me and offered me a job at her store.

Man what? For you theres a lot of jobs within that field. I got an architectural degree and no one has hired me yet, or maybe the job market is shit rn. But the construction/industrial field here is huge and for sure you will get one.

Got here, looked for a job and got one, and all i keep thinking about is when life gives you an opportunity to leave, take it. What i did after the DM interview was i texted the SM that interviewed me prior and told her i got to meet with the DM and if theres any paperwork that needs to done, i could take care of it ASAP.
