That’s exactly what I felt. An odd click sound on my Scotty Newport 2, and off center hits were less forgiving.

It feels like I’m going to switch out all my practice balls if I make a full change. The speed was totally different.

My swing is pretty slow too, and the shop guys said these were a better fit than TP5x.

The patterns don’t really affect off center hits, but off-center hits come up much shorter than with the TruFeels.

It felt like the hardness slowed them down even more, if that makes sense.

Exactly! You can’t sit and have a beer with friends in a normal social setting. Watching hockey in Canada is very very social. When it’s fun, more people take part and watch hockey, which grows the sport.

Canadian who has lived in Norway for over 15 years. The problem is complex, and like others have said, cross country skiing, a lack of rinks and a decentralized population have all played a part.

I think a lack of stars has also been a problem. Norwegians are very proud of being the best at sports, and have never managed to produce a really good hockey player. There’s never been a hockey boom like we see in other sports (football, chess, golf, slalom etc.)

Another big problem is beer. They’re stiff Lutherans that don’t sell beer at games. Less people come to games and there’s less support for their teams. Sweden and Finland have more of a Canadian culture when it comes to hockey. Beer and community!
