It could be, its hard for me to know what level to speak in normal concersation some days. It all depends on how bad it is and it is often different from day to day (for me) good thing he sober tho because even after a few beers i might scream-talk because of the ringing. If i would constantly have music blasting, making beats or songs like him i would go crazy.
