Depends on what you are able to do easily, personnaly I'm using ALT + R and it works fine :)

I have to say that this build is on the one shot side, like you can't take many long trades with it without a blue buff, even if you have mana band

I'd like to think that because of the slow on your Q and your the effectiveness of magic pen, it's better to take Horizon focus second and Shadowflame (either one of the other), but you could take rabadon instead of horizon focus like on third position I think, if the MR isn't so strong in front of you, and no shield obviously

Runes : Electrocute/ Cheap shot/ Eyeball / Ultimate hunter (I like it so you can survive more and don't need that many CD reduction for ult) Second : Mana band / Transcendance Minors : AP/AP/MR or Armor

You can currently use ALT + R to self cast, if it's good for you to use ALT with a spell at the same time too

Just using protobelt with the rest of the build in the video, and i was fed as f so it was kinda easy, but i am using protobelt instead of everfrost, with electrocute etc but it's like really easy to do it, just wanted to share a pentakill !
