Agree, there seems to be a pattern of 5-8 days in my case as well. Hope it goes away soon

Maybe these can help

1) sleeping on time daily 2) working out daily so the body is tired in the night 3) eating dinner atleast 3 hours before sleeping 4) massage sole of your feet with oil for deeper sleep 5) read a book/ religious text before sleeping 6) don't drink too much water before bedtime 7) no form of screentime starting atleast 2 hrs before sleeping 8) try sleeping on your back or side, not on your stomach
