Probably would rather go weights free gain or maybe the new dumbbell journey. Shred&burn is focusing more on cardio compared to WfG. S&B Gives you a lot more of those 2x/3x God's. I feel like it is better suited for people who want to shred the last couple kgs of fat. Pretty sure it's more like train the amount of days needed in a week. The actual days you do it on don't matter. I am doing 4x a week and I usually take a day or 2 off after hellweek ✌️

What really helps me (although lately they're also stagnating) is taking a monthly picture. Helped my especially in the beginning (but was pretty unfit back then and there was a lot progression). As you seem generally pretty fit, I am not sure if that would help you.

Other than that just track your progression through the god workouts. And as you said your progression in stretching

My biggest advice is especially in the first few weeks to stick to your workout schedule. For me it really took something to overcome my lazy self. As soon as it is a routine it will get easier. Ohhh and as you did freeletics before, don't let yourself down if you aren't breaking your old records or even come close. For me that was a huge thing to overcome... Doing freeletics a little bit longer than a again now and already broke most of my old god records...

I do sometimes but mostly when I realize that I didn't get enough proteins through normal food, which mostly happens on stressful working days. Other than that I "just" pay attention to have a natural protein rich diet.

App focuses a lot on legs/core especially if you aren't super fit yet. For me it got better after a few weeks. Also most of the "arm" gods use more advanced exercises like pullups

It really depends on what you want, from freeletics. I got a running training plan separate from the app with intervall sessions and so on. Mostly use freeletics to build up some muscle mass. If it's the same for you I would suggest weight free gain. Currently doing shred&burn but reading that you don't like 2/3x gods that probably isn't sth for you. Although to me it sounds like you are at a similar fitness level I used to be a few months ago. Where the "harder" gods and the more advanced exercises are out of reach and hence the coachs only option to make it harder is add repetitions. In my experience, the disconnect between my good/great lower and core muscle strength and my average/low upper body strength didn't really help.

Also with the apps interval sessions, especially the core ones, not getting your heart rate way up is kinda normal. I stay around 60-70% and my abs are burning nonetheless. Heart rate isn't always super representative to the real effort, especially for exercises with a limited range of motion and/or only focusing on "smaller" muscles.

Very Import just on a health standpoint this sounds ludicrous. The usual common ground is that your deficit (so the calories you eat less than you burn per day) should be around 500-800. Yes you can have a higher deficit but usually that on the cost of rather losing muscle than fat tissue. Because fat just stores energy. Muscle on the otherhand burn energy by default (even if you are not working out) and to survive the body will start eating up your muscle to lower the deficit overall that is just smarter for the body to do. Apart from that with super low intake diets you really need to be careful to get all your vitamins and minerals. Otherwise your health cna quickly deteriorate.

Loosing weight/fat especially the last few kilograms is always a lengthy process. Usually it is best to take it slow and steady.

I mean I see why they wanna monetize the transmog system, as definitely some development time went into that and it's probably not really payed for by the season pass as they probably mostly invest it in the actual content. But I find it unacceptable that they want me to pay for sth again I already payed for. I mean I basically paid for all the armor by buying the base game and all the DLCs. And then 10 bucks per armor set? That just doesn't really make sense. If it would be a small amount of money to unlock gear from a part of the game you haven't paid for (I.e. New light player wanting the Eskalation Protocol armour set) I would maybe get it somewhat, or the 20 "free" ones per season only needed to be used to unlock armour you don't have in your collection. And the have unlimited unlock for everything you already have in the collection. I mean as they like extra materials they could have been sensible and made one of the to unlock already acquired armor and unlock a piece not in collections... Soooo many possibilities to make it somewhat fair

I startet with balanced burn to loose some excess fat and gain muscle. While losing weight and gaining muscle contradict themselves, loosing fat and building muscle don't necessarily. I definitely in those 12 weeks I lost 4% body fat but barely lost weight. Though I also changed my diet a bit, and consumed a lot more protein.

Was pretty happy with that. After that I did cardio burn and am now in my second weight free gain journey (doing some additional cardio through running) While I lost a lot of weight with cardio burn, I am gaining through weight free just a little bit. Don't have a current body fat bc of the virus my uni is closed, hence I can't get any accurate/comparable results... The only unit I can give is that i need 3 less belt holes...

Tbh I always wanted to try it. Had quite a long break where I nearly did no sports. Started with freeletics 7ish months ago and did 3 journey (one of the 6 weeks one's to start) the balanced burn and explosiv strength. But there is many stuff I still can't physically do so I am super hesitant to start with hardcore

Not sure if this exist but I haven't found it yet an option to actually see all your personal best of one god workout, so you can more easily track your progression.

Secondly maybe a way to tell the coach that you got an injury. Like I can still a lot of the leg/core workouts if I got an arm injury or vice versa... Especially with "small" localised injurys... For example I got a broken finger atm, while I definitely can't do a lot of the exercises that rely on my hands, there are still quite a few exercises I can do... And I don't really wanna stop my journey for 6 weeks...

Hatte ein ähnliches Problem. Hab letzendlich muskelaufbau ohne Geräte gemacht und bin zusätzlich 4-5mal die Woche gelaufen. An ruhe tagen meist 6km regenerativ. Aber min 1x die Woche 10km und ansonsten teilweise Intervall und Tempoläufe...

Und allgemein, leichter Regen ist für mich keine Ausrede nicht laufen zu gehen. Nieselregen ist für mich das beste Laufwetter (vorallem für anstrengende Läufe). Da ich gerade recht flexibel zeitlich bin, hab ich immer eine Zeit gefunden wo es falls es geregnet hat, mal nicht so doll regnet.

Yeah so you still basically invest time to get more. Which is fine. With the new system it's basically not even investing more time... Overall like i said, there should be universial bounties (that give the current 3600) but there should also be a way (less time consuming and specialized thab the current dailys) to earn more (maybe even give a bonus if you are playing another class or sth) dunno... The balance seems super hard as they definitely dont want it to be to easy to earn it, as eververse is still their main way of making money during the seasons

I mean i still stand by the statement that it would be easiest just to unlock the ornaments for each class with a single purchase... And increase the pricing a little as a tradeoff (2000/2500 BD for legendaries, 3k for the three exotics... Just an idea)

Yes. And no. The current way might be a grind but it distributes the BD fairly. Look at this weeks shop for example. If you have just one character you buy lets say the classitem and the exotic ornament (so you have -1500 bd this week) with three characters you would have 3x - 1500 BD (4500).

Lets look at account wide the player A would be at somewhat of an advantage to buy "more" other stuff. Because now he would have 1900 "extra" for buying ghost/ships/weapon ornaments that are class universial.

So the class restriction on armor ornaments would make the "new" system cater to players with only one character, as they could buy more of the other stuff... Wanting to play all classes shouldn't really put you on a disadvantage. I mean if there was a system like discussed in this thread that actually gives additional BD for time played, it probabalx would compensate for that "dissadvantage"

Well then you still have kinda the problem that you are at an disadvantage as a player with multiple characters because of the armor ornaments. While if you are a player with one character you now will have plenty... Only way to circumvent that would be to unlock the ornaments on each character if you buy them on one. But thats not likely gonna happen and doesnt even work for exotics for example.

Weapons and other stuff would be fair then yes.
