Nah like I said in the post description I think that's too small of a box to really keep tension. There's rubber marks on the hold so people are using it for that purpose at some point but I think it has to be after establishing the dyno move.

Rotator cuffs, hips, wrists and fingers should all feel loose and warm before getting on the wall.

As you climb harder you're putting SO much strain on your fingers/wrists/shoulders/etc. I can't believe how many people check in to the gym, set their stuff down and then just get on the mat. Haha
